For years, I lived with constant exhaustion.
Long days. Restless nights. A mind that wouldn’t slow down, even when my body desperately needed rest.
I know how easy it is to normalize fatigue when you’re capable, driven, and used to carrying a lot. I also know how quickly poor sleep begins to affect everything else: mood, patience, focus, health, and relationships.
That lived experience, paired with decades of clinical work, is what shaped my approach to sleep.
I’m a licensed therapist and sleep coach with over 20 years of experience supporting people through stress, anxiety, emotional dysregulation, and burnout.
My work draws from evidence-based sleep science, behavioral health, and nervous system regulation. I’m trained in cognitive behavioral approaches for sleep and anxiety, and I focus on practical strategies that help people feel steady in their real lives, not just in theory.
I don’t believe there is anything “wrong” with you.
I don’t believe rest should come at the expense of ambition.
And I don’t believe sleep has to feel fragile or unpredictable forever.
Sleep became my focus because I lived what happens when it breaks down.
At one point, my own sleep was so inconsistent that it affected my health, my work, and how I showed up for the people I cared about. Medication didn’t solve it. Generic advice didn’t stick. Pushing harder only made things worse.
When I rebuilt my sleep using natural, science-backed strategies, everything shifted, not just my nights, but my clarity, energy, and sense of trust in my body.
That experience changed how I work with clients.
Sleep isn’t just a symptom.
It’s a foundation.

I help women improve their sleep in a way that feels calm, grounded, and sustainable.
That means:
Working with the brain and nervous system, not fighting them
Teaching skills you can use long after our work together ends
Building plans that fit real schedules, stressors, and responsibilities
Removing shame, pressure, and perfection from the process
I don’t believe in rigid routines or forcing change.
I believe in helping your system feel safe enough to rest.

If you’re ready for that next step, I’d be honored to guide you.
